And I thought marathon training was hard …

A few weeks ago, I asked Paul if he would train me in Crossfit. Paul was on vacation in Florida so when he got back we sat down and talked about how we could work this out. Here’s what we have done to date:

Sunday evening –
warm up
Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Monday evening –
warm up
as many round as you can in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Tuesday morning –
warm up
Run 400 meters
50 push ups
Run 400 meters
50 jumps
Run 400 meters
50 throws (with weighted ball)

Paul has been doing Crossfit for 2 years; I started Sunday evening and when Craig saw us working out, he decided he wanted in and he started this morning …. there is talk of Bob starting on Thursday.
